Understanding and valuing difference among work colleagues is vital, both for the successful manager and the successful employee. Managers and employees need to understand what makes people act and react the way they do. This course presents a coherent model of personality that is easy to apply in the workplace. Course participants will develop an understanding of the difference between personality types and will learn how those differences can impact on how best to communicate with colleagues and how best to influence them.
